Your Responsibilities

As part of our Data & Analytics team specializing in the financial services sector in Munich, Frankfurt/Main, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Cologne, or Berlin, you will take on responsibility for advising our clients on topics related to data engineering and data science. Your tasks include leading teams that build state-of-the-art data platforms and corresponding data management, as well as the responsible implementation of business-relevant applications of advanced analytics, Machine Learning, and AI. In doing so, you will support automation and transformation projects for internationally operating corporations in the financial industry. You will take on a variety of tasks:

Leading projects for the construction and operation of scalable data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) for our clients in the financial sector, as well as developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate innovative technologies using state-of-the-art cloud and AI technologies in client projects and active participation in the development of cloud-based data architectures

Leading and mentoring analyst and developer teams, promoting collaboration and technical excellence, managing consulting projects including project planning and stakeholder communication

Direct collaboration with clients to analyze requirements and implement tailored solutions

Supporting business development through sales activities and building client relationships

Coordinating nearshore and distributed teams for seamless collaboration

Your Skillset

Completed degree in (business) informatics, (business) mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, or another field of study with a technological-analytical background

Expertise in the architecture of cloud-based data platforms and AI-supported solutions (certification and practical experience with Snowflake or Databricks is preferred), programming skills, ability to create PoCs, proven experience in leading distributed analyst and (nearshore) developer teams, as well as sound consulting expertise and project management experience in the financial sector

Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English
