The People Consulting team works on building organizational capabilities, culture transformation, talent management, and especially on Change Management projects within large digital transformation programs. We work in dynamic, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environments, supporting clients across different sectors and geographies.

You will take on the following responsibilities:
- Act as a reference in Organizational Change Management on transformation projects, including SAP programs;
- Lead change diagnostics, stakeholder interviews, and organizational readiness analyses;
- Design and execute engagement, communication, and adoption strategies, connecting purpose, value, and people experience;
- Support and prepare leadership and sponsors to act with clarity, confidence, and accountability;
- Conduct the mapping and mitigation of organizational impacts, translating technical decisions into real impacts on processes, roles, routines, and behaviors;
- Contribute to training and proficiency strategies, going beyond traditional training;
- Work in an integrated manner with PMO, technical teams, business areas, and technology partners (e.g., SAP);
- Use data, analytics, and digital tools to guide change decisions;
- Facilitate workshops, decision-making forums, and project and executive presentations;
- Support the development and mentoring of more junior consultants.
Main challenges
- Support People Management and Change Management projects. Participate in meetings and information gathering with stakeholders;
- Perform analyses, research, and needs mapping;
- Create reports, presentations, and communication materials;
- Contribute to engagement, training, and development initiatives. Build and customize dashboards and KPI analyses;
- Perform diagnostics, impact analyses, and readiness assessments;
- Work on the implementation of SAP (S/4HANA and SuccessFactors), supporting communication, training, and engagement.
Minimum requirements
Requirements and skills we are looking for
- Degree in HR, Psychology, Technology, or Engineering;
- Knowledge of digital content creation tools (Canva, Figma, Articulate, Rise);
- Experience with automation and advanced use of generative AI;
- General functional knowledge of SAP (integrated modules, processes, impacts);
- Knowledge of change management and experience in SAP implementation projects;
- Knowledge of Change Management (OCM), including ADKAR, Prosci, or proprietary methodologies;
- General functional knowledge of SAP (integrated modules, processes, impacts). Intermediate to advanced English for conducting meetings, reading documentation, and interacting with global teams;
- Experience with analysis and collaboration tools: Power BI, Excel (intermediate/advanced), PowerPoint (storytelling), Microsoft Copilot, Jira / Confluence, SharePoint.
Desirable
- Availability for travel;
- Experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Strategic HR, or Consulting;
- Proven experience in SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA, ECC, or SuccessFactors) or other corporate systems (ERP);
- Certification in Change Management (Prosci);
- Experience in global projects or multinational environments;
- Knowledge of digital content creation tools (Canva, Figma, Articulate, Rise);
- Experience with automation and advanced use of generative AI.
