You will assume the following responsibilities:
- Support the Product Owner in agile practices for organizing the Product Backlog.
- Support the team in its self-organization for the execution of its activities.
- Assist the team in removing impediments.
- Shield the team from interruptions.
- Develop and provide transparency regarding team efficiency and effectiveness metrics.
- Facilitate priority negotiation between the team and the PO.
- Ensure quality and support strategic actions.
- Ensure the execution of agile ceremonies: Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospectives, and other team meetings.
- Encourage collaboration and knowledge transfer among team members.
- Be responsible for the continuous improvement of the teams, ensuring an environment for a culture of learning and evolution.
Minimum requirements
Requirements and skills we are looking for
- Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Knowledge of Azure Devops, Jira, Trello, Kanbam, SAFE
- Possess excellent communication skills, be organized, be able to resolve conflicts, assist the team in removing impediments, support the team in its self-organization for the execution of its activities, use agile metrics, have experience in technology projects or software development.
- Have experience in agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Have skills in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing multidisciplinary teams, and knowledge of agile management tools, such as Jira.
Desirable requirements / Differentiators
- Scrum Master certifications such as PSM, CSP, CSM, SPS.
- Experience in project leadership.
- Intermediate English.
- Postgraduate degree in technology or management.
