About the opportunity
We are looking for a Full Scrum Master to work in multidisciplinary teams responsible for the management and execution of IT Infrastructure, Networks, Telecommunications, and Connectivity projects. The professional will be responsible for facilitating the adoption and evolution of agile practices, promoting continuous improvement, collaboration between teams, and efficiency in delivering infrastructure solutions. Unlike environments focused on software development, this context requires experience in conducting initiatives focused on the engineering and implementation of technological infrastructure solutions.
You will take on the following responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Meetings, Planning, Review, and Retrospective);
- Act as a facilitator between teams, stakeholders, and involved areas;
- Support the management and prioritization of demands and backlog;
- Monitor team indicators, impediments, and risks;
- Promote the agile culture and continuous improvement practices;
- Support the organization and governance of workflows using Scrum and Kanban;
- Ensure the correct use of agile management tools adopted by the client;
- Conduct actions aimed at increasing productivity, predictability, and delivery quality.
Minimum requirements
Requirements and skills we are looking for
- Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area;
- Knowledge of Azure Devops, Jira, Trello, Kanbam, SAFE
- Possess excellent communication skills, be organized, be able to resolve conflicts, assist the team in removing impediments, support the team in self-organization for the execution of its activities, use agile metrics, have experience in technology projects or software development.
- Have experience in agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Have skills in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing cross-functional teams, and knowledge of agile management tools, such as Jira.
Desirable Requirements / Differentiators
- Scrum Master certifications such as PSM, CSP, CSM, SPS;
- English.
