Job Description
Serasa Limpa Nome is the largest debt negotiation platform in the country, with millions of users every month. The team is growing, and we are looking for someone to act as Product Ops, ensuring that product operations function with excellence and that PMs and squads have everything they need to deliver value continuously.
This person will be responsible for looking at the end-to-end funnel, ensuring operational health, monitoring critical metrics, supporting product squads, and implementing minor improvements that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and keep operations flowing stably. It is an essential role to ensure that Limpa Nome functions without noise and that the user experience is always fluid—especially in a high-volume and critical product.
This is a position for those who enjoy product + operations + data, who are motivated by ensuring that everything works perfectly and by empowering PMs so they can focus on strategy and major deliverables. It is the role that keeps the engine running so that Limpa Nome delivers impact to millions of people, every day.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the end-to-end operational health of Limpa Nome by monitoring flows, integrations, and product stability.
- Track metrics, the funnel, and KPIs, identifying drops, disruptions, and quick opportunities for improvement.
- Govern and update product OKRs, consolidating results and supporting PMs in tracking them.
- Analyze the voice of the user (customer service, feedback, recurring issues) and transform these inputs into product actions.
- Act in assisted operations, supporting PMs and squads with inputs, prioritization, and operational visibility.
- Conduct product adjustments that improve the journey or reduce friction.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical ability to track the funnel, metrics, and incidents.
