We are looking for an AI Specialist Software Engineer to technically lead the construction of solutions based on Generative AI and Machine Learning, accelerating the adoption of intelligent technologies in the company's products.
This professional will be responsible for defining AI application architectures, technically leading strategic initiatives, developing scalable solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and integrating AI services into existing products, always aligned with best practices in software engineering, security, and governance.
Daily Responsibilities
- Technically lead Generative AI and intelligent solutions projects;
- Design architectures for applications based on LLMs, RAG, and AI agents;
- Develop Java applications integrated with AI and Machine Learning services;
- Work together with Architecture, Product, Data, and Engineering in the evolution of solutions;
- Evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and models;
- Define development standards for AI-based applications;
- Ensure security, governance, scalability, and observability of intelligent solutions;
- Technically support other engineers in adopting AI within products;
- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) for new AI capabilities.
Key Deliverables
- Development of intelligent applications using Generative AI;
- Architectures based on LLMs and multimodal models;
- Implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions;
- Development of intelligent agents (AI Agents);
- Integration of foundational models into company products;
- Evolution of AI platforms focusing on scalability, cost, and performance;
- Definition of engineering standards for AI applications;
- Development of reusable components for AI consumption;
- Automation of processes using AI;
- Technical mentoring for engineering teams.
Qualifications
We expect a professional with solid experience in Java and Cloud development, architectural vision, strong analytical skills, and continuous interest in the evolution of the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem.
