Responsibilities
- Perform on-site inspections and monitor the building and Data Center alarms;
- Perform preventive maintenance on site infrastructure (e.g., primary infrastructure maintenance) or vendor management.
- Complete site logs and collect data for authorizations, such as MOPs and scripts;
- Assist more senior personnel in responding to all on-site incidents and act as instructed. Respond to basic incidents based on your own technical knowledge and experience;
- Handle basic service requests and circuit installations;
- Provide assistance to the department during routine maintenance activities;
- Contribute to ongoing infrastructure projects;
- Perform periodic rounds in the Data Center and carry out necessary electrical procedures.
- Complete preventive and corrective maintenance spreadsheets and enter data into the infrastructure database.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Technical training in the electrical field.
- Previous experience in a critical mission/Data Center environment
- Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule during the day from 6h to 18h in Santana de Parnaíba.
- Knowledge of English will be considered a plus.
