About the opportunity

About the company

Artificial intelligence is the biggest technological revolution of our generation, and our mission is to make Brazil a protagonist in this story. Enter combines human expertise and artificial intelligence to execute, at scale, critical and high-volume tasks that still rely on manual processes. Our platform allows large companies to operate in complex workflows, starting with legal operations and expanding throughout the enterprise. With a valuation of 1.2 USD B and support from funds like Sequoia and Founders Fund, our goal is to lead the AI revolution in Brazil through efficiency and cutting-edge technology.

We are expanding to transform how organizations operate at scale. Here, you won't just maintain the status quo: you'll create solutions that solve real problems for large companies and help define the next generation of productivity in Brazil.

About the Product Area

Product is the area responsible for transforming business, operational, and customer signals into a clear vision of where Enter should evolve. Each Product Manager acts as the trusted link between operational teams (AID), Engineering, and the company's strategy, ensuring priorities are clear, defensible, and effectively executed. The area combines continuous discovery, data-driven prioritization, and executive communication to balance urgent day-to-day demands with building a solid and sustainable technical roadmap. Our role is to ensure every delivery addresses the root cause of user problems, not just their symptoms.

What is the role?

We are looking for an individual to lead the strategy and roadmap for a complex domain (legal + AI). The focus is on transforming operational and technical signals into a clear product vision, ensuring real impact for users.

Why join us?

  1. Transparency: Honesty about mistakes and successes to grow quickly.

We offer autonomy, purpose, and the chance to solve unprecedented technical challenges alongside leadership.

What will be your responsibilities?

  1. Vision and Strategy: Define the product roadmap and vision aligned with Enter's objectives.
  1. Discovery Process: Investigate user pain points and market opportunities to inform decisions.
  1. Data-Driven Prioritization: Manage the backlog with a focus on impact and effort, justifying choices with data.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Integrate design, engineering, and operations to ensure daily efficiency.
  1. Delivery Excellence: Ensure high-quality solutions and measurable results on time.
  1. Performance Management: Monitor metrics and KPIs to guide strategic adjustments.
  1. Product Advocacy: Articulate the value proposition and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
