AI Deployment Lead
About the opportunity
About the team
AI Deployment is the area responsible for transforming complex operational challenges into business-driving AI solutions. Each professional acts as an owner of a client portfolio, deeply understanding their operations, identifying high-impact opportunities, and leading the design, implementation, and evolution of AI systems in production from end to end. The area combines strategy, technology, data analysis, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to ensure not only the adoption of solutions but also the continuous generation of value for the client. Our role is to make AI move from being a promise to becoming a fundamental part of operations.
What is the role?
Being an AI Deployment Lead means being the primary point of reference for the most complex operational challenges. In addition to executing with excellence, this person is expected to influence strategic decisions, unblock high-complexity problems, and raise the technical bar for the team through their actions and example.
The AI Deployment Lead manages the implementation project of AI solutions and the strategic plan for 1 to 3 clients, with some support from a more senior individual. They work side-by-side with our clients, serving as a reference for design, construction, and delivery. They build relationships and diagnose problems beyond the current scope of Enter. From there, they support the construction of the client's end-to-end strategic plan and ensure delivery, whether by diagnosing, designing, building, or guiding the team. Internally, they raise the team's bar and begin to effectively influence product evolution and the development of the AI Deployment area.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Own the Account Strategy: You will take responsibility for the operational and analytical strategy of one or more strategic accounts at Enter — not just delivering, but defining what should be delivered, with minimal support.
- Maintain Intensity and Energy: You will sustain a fast-paced delivery rhythm without sacrificing quality or energy — a profile that performs well under the high demands and ambiguity typical of a startup.
- Transform Context into Action Plan: You will transform data analyses, feedback, and client context into action plans with measurable business impact.
- Take Ownership in Client Relationships: You will be an intellectual partner for the client's legal sector and a delivery reference for Enter.
- Lead High-Complexity Implementations: You will lead end-to-end technical solutions for Enter's most strategic clients — accounts where the problem is not straightforward and the solution requires high-complexity design.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You will work collaboratively with multiple areas of the company (Growth, Legal Strategy, Marketing, Product, Engineering), mobilizing people around strategic client deliveries and acting as the client's spokesperson.
- Influence Beyond Your Own Account: Your recommendations for Product, Engineering, and AID Platform will be structured to scale beyond a single client, becoming a standard for other accounts.
- Ensure Pace and Develop People: You will unblock complex problems that others couldn't solve alone and develop people when applicable, either by leading directly or as a natural mentor.
