We are looking for an IT Analyst SR - Vtex Development with high technical maturity to be the reference in development within our VTEX ecosystem. You will be responsible for guiding the technological definitions of our interfaces, ensuring that the development of the squads follows the highest standards of performance, accessibility, and scalability. In this role, you will act as the balance point between product vision and technical feasibility. Your mission is to ensure the technical health of the channel, guiding the team in building complex components and resolving critical problems. The challenge involves everything from the architecture of new features in VTEX IO to ensuring that the deliveries of the entire squad maintain the consistency and technical quality necessary for a high-performance e-commerce.
- Technically lead the development of interfaces and custom components in the VTEX IO ecosystem;
- Architect solutions that ensure high performance (Core Web Vitals) and accessibility throughout the user journey;
- Define code standards and conduct Code Reviews to ensure the quality of the team's deliveries;
- Collaborate with UX/UI and Product to translate business needs into efficient technical architectures;
- Ensure the integrity of integrations and the full functioning of checkout and app features;
- Act as a technical mentor for the squads, assisting in the resolution of complex impediments and critical bugs;
- Promote best practices for versioning, unit testing, and continuous integration flows.
As part of the continuous improvement culture, you will participate in Lean Thinking (EMS/EAI) projects and activities.
Minimum requirements
You have:
- Completed higher education;
- Solid and advanced experience with React, TypeScript and GraphQL;
- Deep mastery of the VTEX IO platform (Store Framework, Master Data, Apps and Checkout);
- Ability to design scalable and reusable front-end architectures;
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO and loading optimization strategies;
- Experience with Git and deployment processes in large-scale environments;
- Ability to dialogue with different areas, translating technical terms for business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with service development and APIs using Node.js;
- Knowledge of VTEX FastStore or middleware integration;
- Experience in projects that use agile methodologies in squad structures;
- Technical English for interfacing with global support and reading documentation.
