Responsibilities
You will develop GenauMeinKurs into a trusted companion for the next career step. You will find out where people become uncertain during their search, what information they lack, and what helps them make a good decision. Together with our team, you will turn this into a product that feels simple – even when the task behind it is complex.
Specifically, this means:
- You are the voice of the users within the company. You talk to them, evaluate feedback and usage data, and represent their interests in product decisions.
- You provide focus for product development. You identify what truly matters from many problems and opportunities, set clear priorities, and further develop our product vision and roadmap.
- You seek the best solutions – even outside our industry. You investigate how leading digital products provide guidance, facilitate decisions, and simplify complex searches. You translate relevant insights into your own ideas for GenauMeinKurs.
- You think AI first. You naturally use AI to solve your own questions faster, test ideas, and work more productively. At the same time, you will work with us to develop how AI can fundamentally improve search, matching, and personal guidance.
- You bring ideas to implementation. Together with Tech, Growth, and other colleagues, you will develop new features and improve the entire user journey.
- You verify the actual benefit. You want to know if people can find a more suitable continuing education with GenauMeinKurs and make a decision that lasts.
Qualifications
You have experience in developing digital products, for example as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role. More important than a specific title is how you think and work.
You are a good fit for us if you:
- have high standards for product quality and identify with our mission;
- want to take responsibility and have the energy to drive things forward;
- want to understand user problems before designing solutions;
- can explain and design complex things simply;
- can filter out the essential from many possibilities and provide orientation to a team;
- look for good solutions across industry boundaries;
- LLMs are a firm part of your daily work. You find prompts, APIs, and automation exciting – even if you are not a developer yourself;
- learn quickly and enjoy building something together with others.
Experience in the continuing education market is welcome, but not a prerequisite. What matters is that you are eager to understand it in depth.
