About the Role
EDIGMA is strengthening its commitment to Artificial Intelligence. We are looking for a developer to design and implement AI solutions applied to business, ranging from intelligent process automation to assistants based on LLMs, integrated with our internal applications and the Zoho ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI solutions applied to business processes: assistants/chatbots, intelligent automation, and data analysis and processing with LLMs
- Integrate APIs of language models (Anthropic, OpenAI or similar) into internal applications and workflows
- Develop and maintain web applications in PHP (Laravel) that support these solutions
- Build integrations via REST APIs between platforms, with a focus on the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, SalesIQ, Creator/Deluge)
- Design and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), including data structures for AI features
- Document solutions and collaborate with the internal team
Requirements
- Practical experience with AI tools and APIs: LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based automation
- Solid experience in PHP (Laravel is a plus)
- Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with REST APIs (OAuth, webhooks, JSON)
- Autonomy, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or fine-tuning
- Knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem (Deluge, extensions, widgets, Zia)
- AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Copilot, or similar)
- Git, Docker, Linux environments
- Technical English
