Essential Functions
- Develop high-level technical proposals and solution designs to support the sales team in new opportunities and business.
- Define high-level estimates for infrastructure solutions.
- Support the definition of solutions involving networks, segmentation, and security.
- Configure and provide technical support for CISCO network environments, including IT and OT environments.
- Contribute technical recommendations related to hosting, storage, backup, and virtualization in hybrid environments.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in developing technical proposals and high-level solution designs to support the sales team in new opportunities and business.
- Knowledge of network and segmentation concepts, including security aspects.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including hosting, storage, backup, and virtualization for hybrid environments.
- Experience in configuring and providing technical support for CISCO network environments, including IT and OT environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Professional experience in infrastructure technology management.
- Solid technical knowledge and teamwork skills.
- Profile oriented towards continuous learning and technological updating.
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in a related field and/or relevant certifications will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English.
- On-site in Itabira.
