Essential Functions of the Job
- Manage the end-to-end flow of Public Cloud (Azure and AWS) demands.
- Prioritize, plan, and track the execution of demands with technical teams.
- Ensure alignment of demands with business objectives and SLAs.
- Prepare status reports and performance indicators.
- Act as an interface between requesting areas and execution teams.
Minimum requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Solid experience in IT demand or portfolio management.
- Knowledge of Public Cloud environments (Azure and AWS).
- Skill in prioritization and backlog management.
- Advanced Excel and experience with management tools (Jira, ServiceNow).
- Assertive communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master).
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Basic technical knowledge of Azure and AWS.
