Kubernetes Analyst—Mid-Level

Essential Job Functions
- Provide support to the application layer in Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
- Perform troubleshooting of applications, pods, deploys, and rollbacks.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery processes.
- Act in resolving incidents related to containers, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain documentation of operational procedures.
Minimum requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
- Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration concepts.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Ability to troubleshoot containerized applications.
- Experience in IT operations environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- CKA/CKAD certification.
- Experience with Helm and Kubernetes manifests.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
