About the Area

Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate the technical analysis of critical and high-severity incidents, mobilizing responsible teams for service restoration.
- Classify, declare, and manage events according to severity and business impact.
- Conduct and orchestrate crisis rooms in multivendor environments, ensuring alignment between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Manage technical and executive escalations, ensuring timely communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Prepare and communicate status bulletins, executive reports, and updates on critical crises and incidents.
- Ensure the execution of post-incident processes, including timeline, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem logging.
- Support validation of changes and critical activities related to the stability of technology environments.
- Monitor operational and service level (SLA) indicators, promoting continuous improvement of incident management processes.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in Critical Incident Management and crisis management in complex corporate environments.
- Practical knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Incident Management and Problem Management.
- Experience with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and technical teams in multivendor environments.
- Knowledge of CMDB and IT service management processes.
- Experience in preparing management reports, operational indicators, and SLA tracking.
- Intermediate or advanced English for reading, writing, and professional communication.
- Clear communication, ability to influence, and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to collaborate and work in multidisciplinary teams with a focus on results and customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
- Certifications related to ITSM tools.
- Knowledge in SIAM (Service Integration and Management).
- Experience in Problem Management and root cause analysis.
- Experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (DRP).
- Experience coordinating vendors and technical mediation in mission-critical environments.
- Knowledge of operational governance and IT service management in a 24x7 environment.
