Responsibilities

Installs, technically maintains, and debugs hardware and software for products and components, primarily at the client's site. Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as minor repairs on products within a designated area. Verifies that products are functioning correctly and resolves encountered issues and/or escalates them according to established procedures.   1. Preventive Maintenance: Performs routine checks according to documented procedures.
  1. Replenishes consumables as directed.
  1. IMAC/R: Installs, moves, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products.
  1. Customer Training: Instructs and trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software.
  1. Participates in regular hardware and software training (hands-on, classroom, and online).
  1. Participates in the implementation of measures to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
  1. Assists with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  1. Possess active CFT (Conselho Federal de Técnicos Industriais) registration.
  1. Possess active driver's license (CNH).
  1. Own a personal vehicle.
  1. Technical degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields.
  1. Availability to work in the city of Uberlândia and surrounding areas.
