RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs installation, debugging, and technical maintenance of hardware and software for products and components, primarily at the client's site. Executes scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, in addition to performing minor repairs on products within a defined service area.   1. IMAC/R: Installs, moves, adds, changes, and removes hardware and software products.
  1. Customer Training: Instructs and trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software.
  1. Participates in regular hardware and software training (hands-on/on-the-job, classroom, and web-based).
  1. Participates in the implementation of measures to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
  1. Assists with special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Minimum relevant experience as a field service technician.
  1. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  1. Driver's license and driving record that meet DN fleet requirements.

  1. Reside in Barreiras (Bahia).
