Responsibilities *
Installs, technically maintains, and debugs hardware and software for products and components, primarily at customer sites. Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as minor repairs on products within a designated area. Verifies that products are functioning correctly and resolves encountered issues and/or escalates them according to established procedures. Schedules services, completes all necessary paperwork, and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product operation.
- Familiarizes themselves with Field Service Technician practices and procedures. *
- With guidance and/or alongside more experienced technicians, performs any or all of the following: *
- Incident Handling: Uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues by performing detailed analysis of hardware and software failures. *
- Performs hardware repairs at the component level. *
- Cleans and adjusts mechanical components. *
- Configures and installs applicable software. *
- Preventive Maintenance: Performs routine checks according to documented procedures. *
- Replenishes consumables as directed. *
- IMAC/R: Installs, moves, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products. *
- Customer Training: Instructs and trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software. *
- Participates in regular hardware and software training (hands-on, classroom, and online). *
- Participates in the implementation of measures to achieve agreed-upon KPIs. *
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications *
- High school diploma or equivalent. *
- Possess an active CFT (Conselho Federal dos Técnicos Industriais) registration. *
- Active driver's license. *
- Own a personal vehicle. *
- Technical degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields. *
- Availability to work in the city of Foz do Iguaçu and surrounding areas.
