Team Overview
Our team acts as the strategic link between our solutions and the main ERPs for gas stations in the market. We work on the front lines fostering solid business partnerships, ensuring the fluidity of integrations, and driving continuous product evolution – now with a strong focus on innovations using Artificial Intelligence (AI). Our routine involves strong collaboration with the technical teams of these partners (software houses) for joint analysis of bugs, mapping of improvements, and enabling new requests.
As an intern, you will have a multifaceted and dynamic immersion: you will deeply understand the technical and business relationship with partner ERPs, helping to evolve our product ecosystem; at the same time, you will dive into the world of support and intelligence, exploring how AI tools can optimize analyses and generate insights that guide our management's strategic decisions. It's the ideal environment for those passionate about technology, with a collaborative profile, and who want to develop at the intersection of Data, Systems, Product Evolution, and new AI trends.
Role Responsibilities
- Working on the front lines with partners and users: Assisting in resolving daily doubts and errors related to ERP integrations, and mapping opportunities to apply AI (such as bots or intelligent triage) in optimizing this support.
- Validating improvements and co-creating solutions: Conducting system tests to validate new updates, as well as supporting joint bug analysis with partners.
- Mining and processing data with technological support: Extracting raw reports from databases and performing spreadsheet cleaning, using generative AI support to optimize the structuring and processing of this information.
- Developing predictive visual intelligence: Building and updating interactive Dashboards (KPIs) for management, testing AI features embedded in BI tools (such as Smart Narratives or Copilots) to generate faster analyses.
- Ensuring information quality: Performing maintenance and governance of critical records (customers, products, suppliers).
- Innovating with AI in practice: Actively researching and proposing the use of new Artificial Intelligence tools to automate manual routines, document processes, and accelerate team deliveries.
Role Qualifications
- Be regularly enrolled in a higher education program, with the possibility of completing between 1 and 2 years of internship.
- AI and Innovation Mindset: You are very curious about Artificial Intelligence, test tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) in your daily life, and want to learn how to apply prompt engineering to gain productivity and solve problems.
- Advanced Excel Proficiency: You have the agility to cross-reference and manipulate databases (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas).
- Database Familiarity: You know the SQL language and can perform basic queries (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN) to extract information, with AI as an assistant to create and debug these queries being a plus.
- Interest in Data Visualization: You have basic knowledge or a strong desire to deepen your understanding of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Ecosystem and Systems View: You have basic knowledge of how ERPs work (especially those focused on retail/gas stations) and understand the importance of integrations and software partnerships.
- Translator Communication: You can explain technical terms, system flows, and data analyses simply and collaboratively, to both lay users and business partners.
- Investigative and Logical Profile: You don't give up at the first error; you enjoy investigating the root cause of integration failures or inconsistencies in reports.
- Proactive Mentality: You have a knack for identifying bottlenecks and proposing automation for processes that are currently very manual or repetitive.
