We’re currently recruiting for a devops engineer to define, build and operate the infrastructure and tooling necessary for our rapidly growing business. You will be responsible for supporting high-velocity deployment of user-facing applications, internal services, and infrastructure at scale, while ensuring stability, reliability and automation.

Responsibilities / Skills
- Develop and Maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling that supports multiple engineering teams with different technical requirements – enabling self-service, repeatable deployments, and high-throughput delivery.
- Manage cloud infrastructure across a wide range of cloud providers, using Kubernetes, for both user-facing applications and internal services – provision, monitor, optimise cost, performance and reliability.
- Build infrastructure-as-code (IaC) with Terraform on Terraform Cloud, establishing standards for repeatable environments, reducing manual processes and increasing automation. *
- Support monitoring, logging, observability and alerting systems, via Grafana, to support production health, incident detection, root-cause analysis and rapid recovery.
- Drive a culture of DevOps best-practice across teams: infrastructure reliability, deployment-velocity, automated testing, rollback strategies, security/infrastructure hardening.
Minimum requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), infrastructure as code (ideally Terraform), containers (Docker), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD tooling.
- Proven track record of building and managing CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitHub Actions), automation frameworks.
