Establish and manage project governance, including weekly status meetings, RAID logs, steering committee preparation, and milestone readiness.

Coordinate technology vendors, managed security service providers, and internal IT teams.

Track vendor deliverables, contractual commitments, acceptance criteria, deadlines, and change requests.

Drive the project critical path from solution design through pilot execution and production go-live.

Coordinate the integration of cybersecurity platforms with the existing ITSM environment.

Support the definition of the operational model, including escalation procedures, runbooks, and service handover.

Consolidate project status reporting for IT management, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.

Ensure effective stakeholder communication and maintain accountability across all project participants.
