About the opportunity
The IT and Infrastructure business unit aims to provide all employees with a stable IT environment every day to ensure fast and comprehensive consulting for the customers of DAK-Gesundheit. Furthermore, the business unit is responsible for services related to buildings, offices, the central print shop, the digitization centers for scanning all paper mail, as well as managing our IT partner BITMARCK and exploring new IT trends such as cloud computing and other topics.

Your Responsibilities *
- Central consulting and support for business departments in analyzing, evaluating, and implementing business requirements into technical concepts *
- Analysis, modeling, and documentation of business and IT processes (UML, BPMN), including visualization of technical workflows *
- Evaluation of IT-based process requirements with regard to IT strategy, architecture, infrastructure, and resources *
- Interface management between business departments, internal IT teams, developers, and external service providers *
- Management of IT and process projects, support of test management, and accompaniment of the introduction of new solutions
Your Profile *
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification with a focus on IT and process management *
- IREB CPRE certification and several years of experience in Requirements Engineering and complex IT projects *
- Sound knowledge in requirements analysis, object-oriented analysis, and the use of common RE methods and tools *
- Experience in structuring complex business processes and translating them into clear technical requirements *
- Knowledge in the GKV (statutory health insurance) environment, ideally with BITMARCK_21c|ng, combined with an analytical approach, teamwork skills, and initiative *
- Very good German language skills at least at the C1 level
