Lead the engineering team to develop scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions, ensuring efficient deliveries aligned with business needs and the organization's technological standards.

🔹 Main responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop teams of software engineers and QA specialists.

Define and oversee technical decisions related to architecture, Full Stack development, APIs, and integrations.

Ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of applications.

Coordinate activities using agile methodologies: Sprint planning, estimations, and backlog management.

Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure the fulfillment of objectives and deliverables.

Perform code reviews and promote development best practices.

Oversee testing, release, monitoring, and production support processes.

Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and standards.

Minimum requirements

🔹 What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience leading software development teams or working as a Technical Lead.

Solid hands-on experience in Full Stack development (Frontend and Backend). MUST CONTINUE TO DEVELOP

Experience with AWS and/or GCP

Experience with modern web technologies such as:

React.

Node.js.

JavaScript / TypeScript.

Solid knowledge of APIs development, integrations, and databases.

Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / Agile), Sprint planning, and delivery management.

Experience in code review, solution design, and technical decision-making.

Leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary team management skills.
