About the position
TDM Data Remediation Program Lead (Delphix - GenRocket)
We are seeking a TDM Data Remediation Program Lead to lead and govern strategic initiatives for Test Data Management (TDM), sensitive data remediation, and prevention of confidential information (PII/PHI) re-infection within a global organization.
This position is not focused on programming or technical tool configuration. It is a leadership, governance, and program direction role, responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing risks, ensuring compliance with the remediation roadmap, and providing executive visibility on initiative progress.
The candidate will act as a central point of coordination between Technology, Security, Development, Data, and Business areas to ensure the proper elimination, protection, and replacement of sensitive information in non-production environments.
Location: Mexico City – Paseo de la Reforma (Hybrid model: 3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 MXN gross monthly
English: Advanced (C1)

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and governance of sensitive data remediation programs.
- Coordinate technology, security, development, data, and business teams to ensure the achievement of objectives and deliverables.
- Oversee Structured Database Remediation and Reinfection Prevention initiatives.
- Proactively manage dependencies, risks, blockers, and mitigation plans.
- Maintain and update program roadmaps, work plans, milestones, and metrics.
- Drive accountability and accelerate remediation activities.
- Facilitate working sessions, governance committees, and meetings with key stakeholders.
- Develop executive dashboards, progress indicators, and weekly/bi-weekly reports for management levels.
- Timely escalate critical risks and ensure their resolution.
- Define and strengthen strategies to prevent the reintroduction of sensitive information into test and development environments.
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with security, privacy, and data governance policies.
Requirements
Experience
- Over 12 years of experience leading strategic programs related to Test Data Management (TDM), data remediation, or data governance initiatives.
- Proven experience in leading technology transformation programs and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Solid experience in risk management, project tracking, and executive reporting.
Technical Knowledge
Solid knowledge of processes for:
- Test Data Management (TDM)
- Data Remediation
- Data Governance
- Data Privacy
- Reinfection Prevention
- Sensitive information protection (PII/PHI)
Functional and operational understanding of tools such as:
- Delphix
- GenRocket
(Daily configuration or administration of the tools is not required, but the ability to lead and coordinate teams that use them is.)
