Role Objective
Silia is the CreAI platform for building, connecting, governing, and measuring AI agents that operate within the enterprise. We are looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of the most complex Silia implementations for enterprise accounts: those involving multiple systems and multiple client departments.
This is a technical, hands-on role. Your responsibility will be to map client processes, design agents, build integrations, and take them to production. You will be the technical reference for the implementation team and the final point of escalation for issues that no one else can solve. We do not expect you to do all of this manually; rather, your default way of working should be through orchestration and the creation of agents that help you meet your objectives quickly without sacrificing quality and security.
You will be accountable for the committed scope, timelines, and quality, ensuring that the speed provided by AI does not compromise stability, security, or client trust. You will also help define the standards and AI usage practices followed by the rest of the team.
This Role Requires
- Executing implementations autonomously and taking ownership of complete modules and workflows, from configuration to validation with the end user.
- Gathering requirements in discovery sessions and translating them into implementation specifications, POCs, and demos for the client.
- Configuring AI agents (RAG, domain topics, business rules) and building API and n8n integrations into client systems.
- Working with AI agents to build, test, and document instead of doing everything by hand, and validating and correcting their output before delivery.
- Converting repetitive tasks into reusable templates, workflows, or agents.
- Executing testing and debugging, documenting results, and keeping technical documentation up to date.
- Reporting progress and risks in a timely manner, and escalating issues with analysis and a proposed solution, not just the symptom.
Requirements
- 6+ years as a backend or fullstack developer, or in technical implementation or integration of enterprise SaaS platforms.
- At least 2 years leading client-facing technical implementations or projects from start to finish.
- Essential: Minimum B2 English proficiency (will be evaluated during interviews).
- Experience defining integration architecture between multiple systems (APIs REST, webhooks, OAuth, JSON/XML).
- Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
- Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or others) into a real application or process.
- Daily use of agentic AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar).
- B2 English or higher to conduct sessions with stakeholders.
- Desirable: n8n or another automation platform, experience with RAG, Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Graph) or WhatsApp Business API, cloud (AWS, Azure), and enterprise security requirements (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
