What You’ll Do
This position is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all Information Technology/Information Systems/Project Management functions at the bank. This includes directing all IT/IS/PM to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills by holding teams accountable for results, fostering a culture of discipline, and ensuring alignment with organization goals as outlined in the Traction framework
- Ability to lead a large, multi-faceted team and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies, as well as hardware and software installation, testing and operation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and analytical problem-solving skills
Background & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of systems or application administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
