These are your responsibilities
- Conception and technical implementation of SAP HCM solutions as well as responsibility for the development of customer-specific extensions and programming.
- New implementation and support of existing self-services in Fiori.
- Project management and coordination of sub-projects.
- Consulting and support for our clients in the implementation and customization of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions according to their specific requirements and business processes.
- Taking responsibility for quality assurance and documentation within the scope of implementation and optimization of SAP HCM solutions.
- Second and third-level support within our HCM Application Service to provide quick and efficient solutions for occurring errors.
- Planning and execution of workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Participation in the sales cycle, in proposal preparation, and client presentations.
- Active participation and knowledge sharing in CNT Competence Teams, including current topics such as H4S4, Hybrid Deployments, Public and Private Cloud, Fiori, etc.
- Mentoring and coaching of our Young Professionals and technical responsibility for Consultants.
- Continuous further development of hard and soft skills through internal and external training offers.
What you should bring
- More than 4 years of experience in ABAP development in SAP HCM and knowledge of Fiori/UI5 as well as OData is desirable.
- Experience in the development and implementation of SAP self-services in Fiori.
- Completed certification or proof of comparable experience.
- C_HCMP_2311 SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA or C_THR12_2311 SAP HCM Payroll for SAP S/4HANA.
- C_ABAPD Back-End Developer ABAP Cloud.
- Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise.
- In-depth know-how in personnel-related topics and especially in HR processes.
- High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies.
- High flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Interest in open and constructive collaboration.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Knowledge or experience in other modules of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors are advantageous.
