About the Challenge
We are looking for a Mid-level QA with a focus on Backend testing, microservices, and data integration. In this position, you will work on the validation of Java microservices, complex SQL routines, and asynchronous event-driven flows in the Azure ecosystem, ensuring the quality of the solution and compliance with homologation policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Automated Testing & Test Pyramid: Structure, execute, and maintain automated test scenarios for Java applications, integrating with automation suites (Selenium/Cucumber or REST Assured).
- Data Validation & SQL: Create and execute complex SQL queries, views, and scripts for validation, data extraction, and auditing of business rules.
- Integration & Event Testing: Test queues, topics, and event consumers in the Azure cloud (Service Bus/Event Hubs) and verify message resilience.
- Performance & Homologation: Identify performance bottlenecks in database queries and follow formal homologation processes and scenarios.
Required Knowledge and Practices
- Automation & Logic: Practical experience in automated testing for Java applications and use of frameworks such as Selenium and Cucumber.
- Databases & SQL: Proficiency in SQL language for data validation in a relational environment (advanced queries and rule validation).
- Cloud & Events: Experience in integration testing for event-driven systems on Azure (Service Bus, Event Hubs).
- Agile Methodologies: Active participation in product ceremonies and application of test pyramid concepts.
