We are looking for a Senior Database Administrator (DBA) to lead the architecture, management, security, and optimization of our database environments. This professional will play a strategic role in ensuring high availability, resilience, and extreme data performance, acting as a technical reference for development, infrastructure, and engineering teams.

Minimum requirements
Knowledge
- Architecture, installation, configuration, and advanced administration of relational and non-relational databases.
- High-complexity performance optimization (query tuning, advanced indexing, execution plan analysis, and troubleshooting).
- Conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling for large-scale corporate environments.
- Definition and execution of Disaster Recovery, High Availability (Cluster, Replication, AlwaysOn), backup, and restore strategies.
- Information security management, auditing, access control (RBAC), and compliance (LGPD).
- Automation of operational routines and support for critical environments (24/7).
Technologies
- Advanced SQL and procedural languages (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or equivalent)
- Scripting languages for task automation (Shell Script, PowerShell, or Python)
- Native and third-party tools for data infrastructure monitoring and diagnostics
Preferred
- Proficiency with databases in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Solid experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL at an enterprise level
- Relevant technical certifications in the database or cloud infrastructure area
