Mission
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and will be responsible for developing modern and distributed applications, using the main market frameworks and cloud computing solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain complex applications, with a frontend focus on React (with or without Next), and backend on Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask);
- Develop modern and distributed applications (microservices), with an event-driven architecture, using messaging tools like Kafka and similar;
- Influence and support technical decisions, assisting in the management of technical debt and executing refactorings that add business value;
- Ensure the quality and stability of applications through DevSecOps processes and automated testing tools;
- Perform code reviews, ensuring the quality of deliverables;
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automating builds, tests, and deploys in cloud environments (AWS);
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues;
- Document technical processes and solutions;
- Stay updated on new development technologies;
- Disseminate knowledge about software engineering best practices and new technologies with the team and the client;
- Use and promote the use of artificial intelligence as an acceleration mechanism for deliveries.
Minimum requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience with Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks), Typescript, React, and Next;
- Advanced knowledge of microservices architectures and design of RESTful APIs and/or Graphql;
- Expertise in caching techniques and system optimization;
- Experience with AWS services (e.g., EKS, S3, API Gateway, etc.);
- Expertise in relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis, etc.) databases, as well as query optimization techniques;
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools;
- Experience with messaging systems and event-driven communication;
- Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Test-driven development (TDD/BDD) and use of automated testing tools;
