We are looking for a Tech Manager to lead the creation and evolution of new products in the Flow Platform, CI&T's Artificial Intelligence platform responsible for accelerating solution development through intelligent agents and automation. This person will have a strategic role in connecting product, technology, and people, ensuring that teams deliver innovative, scalable solutions focused on generating business value.
We seek leadership with a strong technical vision and product mindset, capable of developing high-performance teams, promoting a culture of experimentation, and supporting the continuous evolution of the platform, driving the use of Artificial Intelligence as a competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for the creation and evolution of Flow Platform products.
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Architects in defining the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Promote an environment of collaboration, autonomy, continuous learning, and focus on results.
- Ensure solutions are developed with quality, security, scalability, and an excellent user experience.
- Foster a culture oriented towards experimentation, hypothesis validation, and data-driven decisions.
- Support the evolution of architecture and development practices, encouraging standardization, reuse, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor technology and product indicators, promoting actions that increase operational efficiency and delivery impact.
- Develop people through feedback, mentoring, development plans, and training new technical leaders.
- Act as the main interface between technology, product, and stakeholders, communicating risks, results, and evolution opportunities.
Requirements for this challenge
- Experience in technical leadership or software development team management positions.
- Solid experience in software development and modern systems architecture.
- Experience leading product squads and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and cloud-native architecture practices.
- Experience in building or evolving digital products oriented towards metrics and experimentation.
- Knowledge in Generative Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and intelligent agent platforms.
- Experience with AI frameworks, such as LangChain, LangFlow, LiteLLM, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, messaging, and system integrations.
- Ability to lead people, develop talent, and support technical and strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders.
- Advanced English for working in a global environment.

- Experience with the CI&T Flow platform or intelligent agent platforms.
- Experience in building products in greenfield environments, startups, or technology companies.
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) or SaaS products.
- Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and production Artificial Intelligence operations.
