As a Senior Platform Engineer, your mission will be to build and evolve infrastructure as code, container orchestration platforms, and observability for critical systems, serving client projects with high availability and performance demands. Are you up for it? Let's go!
We expect you to...
- Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in production (provisioning, upgrades, hardening, and troubleshooting);
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code;
- Automate internal processes and tools;
- Manage secrets and access policies;
- Implement and evolve observability stacks;
- Define and monitor SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs in conjunction with product and engineering teams;
- Participate in on-call rotations and act in incident response and post-mortems;
- Collaborate with development squads on adopting best practices for containerization and CI/CD.
We need you to...
- Have solid experience with Kubernetes (production deployment, operation, and troubleshooting);
- Have experience in software development;
- Have mastery of automation and scripting languages;
- Have experience with containers in production environments;
- Have practical experience with infrastructure as code (IaC);
- Have knowledge of secret management tools;
- Have experience with observability;
- Have experience with log analysis;
- Have consolidated knowledge of SLA, SLO, and SLI concepts and reliability culture (SRE);
- Have experience with GitOps;
- Have experience with multiple cloud providers;
- Have practical knowledge of FinOps and cloud infrastructure cost optimization;
- Have experience with the Pkl language for configuration;
- Have knowledge in the use of generative AI tools applied to daily engineering tasks;
- Have knowledge in DevSecOps practices (security integrated into the development and delivery cycle);
- Advanced/fluent English;
- Good communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
