Centric Consulting is looking for a Mid-Level Integration Architect – MuleSoft who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and building solutions that make systems work better together.
In this role, you’ll work hands-on with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, designing APIs and reusable integration solutions that connect core banking systems, digital platforms, treasury applications, and other enterprise technologies. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to modernization, merger, and system conversion initiatives while expanding your architecture experience.
In this role, you will
- Design and develop MuleSoft APIs, RESTful services, web services, and event-driven integrations.
- Build reusable API-led integrations, transformation logic, and orchestration processes that connect core banking systems, digital platforms, treasury applications, and other enterprise technologies.
- Contribute to integration architecture and solution design, helping ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with established technical standards.
- Support application modernization, merger, and conversion initiatives.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to turn requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Apply API security, governance, and development best practices.
- Participate in technical design discussions, peer code reviews, troubleshooting, and solution improvements to strengthen quality and consistency across integrations.
- Work collaboratively within an Agile delivery environment, participating in planning, refinement, reviews, and other delivery ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and help identify practical solutions to technical challenges across interconnected applications and services.
Minimum requirements
Who You Are
- You have hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- You understand APIs, RESTful services, web services, integration patterns, data transformation, and API-led connectivity.
- You enjoy solving technical problems and translating requirements into practical integration solutions.
- You’re a collaborative communicator who works effectively with both technical and business partners.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MIS, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant professional experience. MuleSoft certifications are a plus.
- Experience within banking or financial services technology is a plus.
