We are recruiting a Tech Lead with experience in Java Software Architecture to join our team in Lisbon (remote).

Your main responsibilities will be
- Define and evolve the technical architecture of applications, ensuring their scalability, robustness, and alignment with business needs.
- Technically lead development teams, promoting good software engineering practices and supporting technical decision-making.
- Ensure the quality of the developed solutions, from the analysis and technical design phase to implementation and delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in defining technological solutions and evolving existing systems.
- Contribute to technological modernization and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and architectures.
YOUR PROFILE
- Professional experience of over 7 years in Software Architecture.
- Proven experience in Tech Lead roles or technical team leadership.
- Solid knowledge and experience in the Java EE stack, including JSF/PrimeFaces, JPA/Hibernate/JDBC, EJB, CDI, and Java APIs.
- Experience in designing and integrating services and APIs, namely JAX-RS, JAX-WS, and JAX-RPC.
- Experience with tools and technologies such as CORBA, WebLogic, GlassFish, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker.
- Knowledge of web development, namely HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of system modeling using UML.
- Knowledge of virtualization and administration of technological infrastructure components.
- Knowledge of usability, ergonomics, and web accessibility.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Leadership, communication, and articulation skills with different teams and stakeholders.
- Strong orientation towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
