Responsibilities
- Use Espaider to track processes, litigation, and financial billing, while using netLex to draft, negotiate, and approve contracts.
- Administer and audit both legal systems.
- Monitor process progress, update KPIs, and control vendor billing.
- Map and automate contractual workflows in netLex.
- Register contracts, calculate procedural deadlines, and manage documents.
Implementation and Support Functions
The functions directly related to the netLex platform focus on technical customer success and system implementation.
- Provide Tier-2 (Tier-2) technical support and resolve system incidents.
- Manage software integrations connecting the platform to other corporate systems (e.g., ERPs).
- Manage and document technical processes, as well as create internal and external knowledge bases.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; or in Law or Administration, with proven experience using complex legal operations platforms.
- Previous experience in technical support (Help Desk).
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
