Responsibilities
- Implement and evolve ITOM modules in ServiceNow (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).
- Structure and maintain the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) with high data quality.
- Configure monitoring, event correlation, and alerting processes.
- Map business services and their dependencies (Service Mapping).
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Zabbix, SolarWinds).
- Automate operational processes and incident responses.
- Ensure governance and adherence to best practices (ITIL).
- Analyze and resolve critical infrastructure-related incidents.
Requirements
- Technical SkillsServiceNow ITOM: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration (optional/plus)
- Integrations: APIs REST/SOAP, MID Server, Integration with monitoring tools
- Infrastructure: Knowledge of servers, networks, cloud, and storage. Hybrid environments (on-premise + cloud)
- Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
- Automation: Scripts (JavaScript in ServiceNow), Workflows, and Flow Designer
Preferred
- ServiceNow CIS - ITOM certification.
- Experience with complex and distributed enterprise environments.
- Experience integrating with SAP or legacy systems.
- Experience with observability (APM, logs, metrics).
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation (IaC).
