We are looking for a Senior Pegasystems Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex enterprise applications using Pega PRPC, following architectural patterns and best practices of the platform.
- Participate in defining the technical architecture of the solution, including business rules, flows, integrations, and data layers.
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into robust technical solutions, in partnership with business analysts and stakeholders.
- Technically lead the development team, supporting and guiding less experienced developers (CSA).
- Perform code reviews, ensure code quality and adherence to Pega standards and corporate guidelines.
- Identify and resolve application performance, scalability, and stability issues.
- Participate in the complete development cycle: design, configuration, testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation (architecture, flows, integrations, technical decisions).
Requirements
- English and Spanish language proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in the Pega PRPC platform (rules, case management, flows, decisioning, UI, security).
- Strong knowledge of Pega architecture, including rule reuse, versioning, branches, and releases.
- Integrations with APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), databases, and legacy systems.
- Solid knowledge of Java, SQL, XML, and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / Agile) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
