What you need to know (technical requirements)
We are looking for someone to work in Fullstack development, ready to collaborate, learn, and generate real impact alongside a global, diverse, and engaged team.
- Advanced English for daily interaction with the team in the United States and participation in interviews and meetings in English.
- Experience in Fullstack development of enterprise applications using React (TypeScript) on the frontend and Python (FastAPI) on the backend.
- Experience in building APIs REST, integration with SQL databases, component-based architecture, and development of complex data-driven interfaces.
- Experience with Azure cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, automated testing, and security best practices in enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of integrating AI/LLMs-based solutions (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar) will be considered a plus.
- Experience in regulated environments, financial services, or enterprise applications will be considered a plus.
What you will do in your day-to-day
- Develop and maintain mission-critical Fullstack applications focused on corporate and financial processes.
- Build and evolve React interfaces with a focus on user experience, performance, and real-time data visualization.
- Develop APIs and services using Python/FastAPI, ensuring scalability, security, and technical quality.
- Design and implement integrations with Azure SQL databases, internal systems, and third-party services.
- Participate in defining architectures, designing solutions, and the continuous evolution of the platform.
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence and intelligent automation features into business processes.
- Create automated tests, support DevOps practices, and monitor deployments in Azure environments.
- Work together with global multidisciplinary teams, transforming business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
- Investigate incidents, perform troubleshooting, and implement continuous improvements to ensure application stability and performance.
