Responsibilities
- Act in a consultative and proactive manner in technical and functional discussions
- Lead analysis and design of Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, and adjacent)
- Propose continuous improvements and optimizations of architecture/processes
- Provide technical support to the team in resolving impediments
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
- Actively participate in technical forums, with clear and timely positioning
- Contribute to governance, architectural standards, and best practices of the platform
Requirements
- Solid experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, triggers, integrations)
- Platform administration (profiles, permission sets, flows)
- Salesforce platform security (sharing model, roles, Shield – desirable)
- Integrations (REST APIs/SOAP, Mulesoft or equivalent)
- Agentforce / AI automation on the Salesforce platform
- Hands-on experience in complex corporate environments
Desirable technical requirements (differentiators)
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Marketing Cloud

- Experience with enterprise integration architecture (event-driven, APIs, etc.)
