Responsibilities
- . Develop and maintain features on the Salesforce platform;
- . Implement customizations using Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Components, and Flows;
- . Work on the configuration and parameterization of Salesforce Core, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
- . Participate in the analysis, development, testing, and deployment of solutions;
- . Perform integrations and consume APIs, with support from the technical team;
- . Support the investigation and resolution of incidents and issues in Salesforce environments;
- . Use SOQL and SOSL for queries and data manipulation;
- . Support code versioning using Git;
- . Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with technical and functional teams;
- . Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, following development best practices.
Technical Requirements
- . Knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Core);
- . Basic knowledge of Apex and object-oriented programming;
- . Knowledge of Triggers and Apex Classes;
- . Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL;
- . Familiarity with Lightning Experience and Lightning Components;
- . Understanding of Flows in Salesforce;
- . Basic knowledge of APIs REST;
- . Understanding of Git and code versioning;
- . Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
- . Interest in Salesforce development and continuous learning.
