What you need to know (technical requirements): •
- Hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.•
- Experience with developing solutions using Python.•
- Knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI.•
- Experience or knowledge in Prompt Engineering, RAG, or AI Agents.•
- Ability to conduct experiments, benchmarks, and technical validations.•
- Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and tools.•
- Ability to transform problems into hypotheses and conduct experiments to validate them.•
- Analytical, self-taught, and experimentation-oriented profile.•
- Good communication and collaborative work skills.
It would be a differential•
- Experience with AI Agents and agentic architectures.•
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.•
- Knowledge of LLM architectures, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and multimodal models.•
- Experience with AI model evaluation and benchmarking.•
- Knowledge of scientific papers and ability to follow the state-of-the-art in AI.•
- Previous experience in R&D, innovation labs, or applied research projects.•
- Experience with developing PoCs and MVPs in corporate environments.
What you will do in your day-to-day
We are looking for a person with a dynamic, curious, and experimental profile to work in Artificial Intelligence Research and Development (R&D), exploring emerging technologies and state-of-the-art solutions to transform business opportunities into PoCs, MVPs, and innovative solutions.The position will have a strong focus on applied research, experimentation, and validation of new technologies, especially in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents, contributing to the construction and evolution of the area's innovation initiatives.
Main responsibilities•
- Research and experiment with new technologies, models, frameworks, and approaches in Artificial Intelligence.•
- Develop PoCs and MVPs to evaluate the applicability and potential of new solutions.•
- Explore solutions based on LLMs, Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, and NLP.•
- Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions from the market and the research community.•
- Prototype and test different architectures, models, and approaches to solve real problems.•
- Conduct benchmarks and experiments to compare models, techniques, and solutions.•
- Work on the technical validation of hypotheses and innovation opportunities.•
- Transform research and experimentation results into functional prototypes and technical recommendations.•
- Follow scientific papers, new models, frameworks, and relevant trends in AI.•
- Collaborate with technology, data, innovation, and business teams to identify AI application opportunities.•
- Document experiments, results, learnings, and recommendations to support decisions on adopting new technologies.
