team.Responsibilities
Configuration and Development on the FICO Platform
- Implement decision rules, strategies, and models within the FICO tool (Decision Management, Blaze Advisor, or similar). Create and adjust decision flows, scorecards, and credit policies according to business requirements.
- Ensure rules align with regulatory policies and internal guidelines.
Data Integration with FICO
- Prepare and transform data for consumption by the tool, ensuring compliance with required formats.
- Work with semi-structured data (JSON) for integration via APIs or connectors.
- Validate the quality of data used in decision-making processes.
Testing and Validation
- Perform unit and functional tests of the implemented rules.
- Validate flows and strategies with business areas.
- Ensure solution performance and scalability.
Documentation and Governance
- Document rules, flows, and integrations clearly and accessibly.
- Maintain change history and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Requirements
- Experience with FICO platforms (Decision Management, Blaze Advisor, or similar).
- Rule languages and decision logic (e.g., Java or FICO-specific languages).
- Familiarity with APIs REST and JSON formats for integration.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps pipelines for continuous deployment.
Business and Analysis
- Understanding of credit, risk, and compliance policies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into automated rules.
Documentation and Communication
- Clarity in technical and functional documentation.
- Good communication skills for interaction with business and IT areas.
- Strongly Desired: Knowledge of PySpark and SQL for data manipulation when necessary.
