Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement predictive models and solutions based on machine learning and LLMs.
  1. Work with large volumes of data using PySpark and Databricks.
  1. Automate data pipelines and models with CI/CD practices and MLOps.
  1. Monitor model performance in production and implement strategies for re-training.
  1. Collaborate with engineering, product, and BI teams to transform data into actionable insights.
  1. Document processes, technical decisions, and experiment results.
  1. Contribute to the evolution of the data architecture and team best practices.

Requirements

  1. Solid experience with Python for data science and machine learning.
  1. Hands-on experience with PySpark and Databricks.
  1. Advanced knowledge of CI/CD and MLOps (MLflow, DVC, Airflow, etc.).
  1. Experience with predictive models, regression, classification, time series, etc.
  1. Familiarity with LLMs and NLP applications.
  1. Experience with model monitoring (drift, performance, alerts).
  1. Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  1. Experience with code versioning (Git) and agile methodologies.
