Responsibilities
- Ensure the application of good data development practices, ensuring quality, standardization, and efficiency
- Optimize data usage, maximizing the value of available information
- Support teams in refining requirements and stories, ensuring technical clarity and feasibility
- Contribute to building well-defined user stories
- Participate in the documentation and analysis of AS-IS and TO-BE processes, identifying technical debt and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement refined and approved stories
- Build and maintain data products in a cloud Big Data environment (Databricks), focusing on performance and scalability
- Collaborate with technical leads and business areas, ensuring alignment of solutions
Requirements
- Experience with Databricks and PySpark
- Knowledge of Spark, Python, and programming logic
- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub / GitHub Actions)
- Experience with model productionization (MLOps) in Databricks
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Experience with GitHub Copilot for development acceleration
- Use of AI to support debugging and automated code review
- Ability to use Copilot as a code review agent, ensuring quality and standardization
- Knowledge in prompt engineering, transforming requirements into efficient code and reducing rework
- Collaborative, analytical profile oriented towards continuous improvement
