Quality Engineer - Hybrid - Santos/SP and Rio de Janeiro/RJ
Description
Professional responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing data analysis solutions, information collection systems, and management tools to support the engineering project and contract portfolio. Will act in the implementation and administration of project planning tools, such as MS Project and Primavera, in addition to Business Intelligence and data visualization solutions in Power BI. Will be responsible for developing automations, interactivities, and digital workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, and online databases, as well as proposing improvements in Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
The position demands performance in planning, control, and critical analysis of the physical-financial evolution of projects and contracts, monitoring performance indicators, risk management, deviations, and issuing management alerts. Activities include preparing executive reports, presentations, indicators, minutes, and materials for management follow-up, participating in governance meetings, and supporting the definition of project execution strategies.
Will also be responsible for monitoring current contracts, addendums, hiring processes, service line consumption, contractual measurements, and HHER (Man-Hour Exposed to Risk) reports. Will perform data extraction, treatment, and analysis in corporate systems, including SAP R/3 and BW, generating information to support decision-making. Will also participate in the preparation and review of technical specifications, PPU (Unit Price Schedule), budget spreadsheets, and the formation of new management demands.
Education
University Degree in Engineering with CREA Registration
Experience
Experience in quality control of industrial projects.
Knowledge
Mandatory Microsoft Office (advanced level), SAP S 4HANA, Advanced handling of Primavera P6 Software, EPM, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.), Microsoft Teams, SmartPlant Foundation (SPE - Hexagon).
