The area responsible for Átomos and Marketplace, which works on the development and evolution of the loyalty program, managing the generation, accumulation, redemption, and expiration of customer points. The focus is on creating simple and attractive experiences, integrated with financial products (cards, accounts, investments), encouraging engagement and recurring usage.
Your activities as a CSixer
- Lead the complete product implementation, covering Staging, Production, and Deploy environments, ensuring safe and efficient deliveries;
- Master the architecture and design of product components, deeply understanding the technical decisions and justifications that support each choice;
- Ensure development quality by promoting robust coding practices, code reviews, and maintaining high automated test coverage to guarantee the stability and reliability of the delivered solutions.
Minimum requirements
Requirements and Experience
- Experience with Kotlin or Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices;
- Experience in unit and integration test automation;
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases, and non-relational databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra;
- Knowledge of messaging tools such as Kafka, SQS, and SNS, for efficient integration and communication between distributed systems;
- Knowledge of observability patterns;
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud;
- Knowledge of security protocols;
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code;
- Expertise in agility and continuous improvement best practices;
- Knowledge of high-criticality transactional flows;
- Knowledge of the event-driven concept and asynchronous flow handling.
