This area is responsible for developing and evolving investment products, such as fixed income, variable income, and funds, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance digital solutions. It operates throughout the full development cycle, from conception to deployment, applying modern engineering and architecture best practices. Its focus is on delivering innovative products that increase efficiency, transparency, and the customer experience at the bank.
Your activities as a CSixer
- Act as a technical reference in the development and evolution of high-performance and scalable backend solutions;
- Contribute to the definitions of architecture, best practices, development standards, and the technological direction of products;
- Actively participate in the planning and refinement of demands, supporting the definition and prioritization of deliverables;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the conception and evolution of features, ensuring technical quality and adherence to business requirements;
- Develop, review, and maintain code with a focus on quality, performance, security, and observability;
- Perform code reviews, disseminate knowledge, and support the technical development of other team members;
- Work on identifying and resolving complex problems in distributed environments;
- Contribute to the evolution of DevOps practices, process automation, and continuous improvement of the development cycle.
Minimum requirements
Requirements and Experience
- Solid experience in backend development using Java or Kotlin;
- Experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem;
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and REST APIs;
- Experience with relational databases and NoSQL;
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar);
- Experience with CI/CD practices and pipeline automation;
- Mastery of Git and collaborative development workflows;
- Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP);
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, metrics, and application logs;
- Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and/or contract);
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices;
- Ability to work autonomously, with systemic vision and technical decision-making skills;
- Availability to work in a 100% on-site model at our office in São Paulo.
- Experience in the financial sector, capital markets, or investments will be considered a plus;
