About the opportunity
Our Messaging and Monitoring Area
We are involved in the creation and execution of customer communication strategies through multiple channels, in addition to the support and automation of processes that ensure operational efficiency and continuous environment monitoring. We work integrated with Product, Technology, Business, and Backoffice areas to develop solutions, support projects, and generate value through data and automation.
Your activities as a CSixer
- Generate and segment audiences for campaign execution and communications across channels such as push, email, and SMS;
- Develop queries in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis;
- Monitor campaign results and ensure the accuracy of dispatches. Interact with different company areas for project development and support;
- Support server maintenance and monitor processes and environments;
- Develop and maintain scripts and automations in Python, contributing to operational efficiency and system stability;
- Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and process optimization.
Minimum requirements
Requirements and experience
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis;
- Knowledge of Python and familiarity with the language's libraries. Interest in process automation, environment monitoring, and data analysis;
- Analytical profile, with critical thinking for identifying improvements and proposing solutions;
- Good organization and ability to manage simultaneous demands;
- Communication and relationship skills with different areas and partners;
- Proactivity, ownership, and continuous interest in learning and development.
