Job Mission

Responsible for technically leading the IT analyst team – internal and external vendors, seeking to present solutions aimed at meeting the development needs of projects and maintenance of existing systems in their designated area/specialty, aiming to meet scope, costs, deadlines, and quality standards pre-agreed with clients, as well as defining and proposing technological innovations, seeking improvement, agility, and integration of company processes.

Will act as a technical reference for the Integration discipline, supporting the area coordination in defining architectures, standards, technical governance, and directing corporate solutions based on SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) and SAP Integration Suite, ensuring scalability, stability, security, and adherence to the company's integration strategies.

Brief Job Description

Identify and collect information from users/clients. Receive and validate projects developed by vendors. Lead demands between internal teams and IT consultants from vendors. Monitor, verify, and maintain the system/project scope. Ensure schedule compliance. Monitor and validate the transition of projects to operations.

Act technically in the design and governance of corporate integrations, supporting hybrid and cloud architectures, defining best practices, directing developers, and ensuring the technical quality of deliveries related to the SAP PO and SAP Integration Suite platforms.

Activities and Responsibilities

  1. Act as a technical reference for corporate integration solutions using SAP PO and SAP Integration Suite, supporting architectural definitions, technical reviews, and directing development teams.
  1. Define standards, frameworks, and best practices for development, monitoring, security, documentation, and support of corporate integrations.
  1. Technically coordinate internal developers and external vendors, promoting technical alignment, solution reviews, and support in critical or highly complex scenarios.
  1. Support modernization and technological transformation initiatives related to the integration ecosystem, including cloud integration strategies, API Management, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), B2B Integration, and hybrid integrations.
  1. Ensure adherence to corporate architecture and integration governance strategies, ensuring reuse, standardization, and technical quality of implemented solutions.
  1. Participate in defining the evolutionary roadmap of integration platforms, evaluating opportunities for continuous improvement, operational optimization, and reduction of technical risks.
  1. Act in advanced troubleshooting and specialized technical support for critical incidents involving SAP integrations and corporate systems.
  1. Conduct technical analyses and validations of solutions related to performance, security, availability, observability, and capacity of integration platforms.
  1. Promote the dissemination of technical knowledge and team development, acting as a technical mentor for analysts and developers with less experience.
